:: Saturday, January 25, 2003 :: English is the stupidest language in the world. We probably have one of the smallest languages in the world and yet we are probably the most prosperous people ever. Why can't we have multiple words for expressing stuff like the Greeks did. Why do we have so many odd rules about the words of our language. We have pretty much taken a handful of languages around the world, smashed them together into one mixed up language and then brutally manipulated the pronunciation and meanings of the words. That's why English is the hardest language to learn and if English is your first language you learned then other languages are extremely hard to learn. It doesn't make sense, the country that has the best technology, the best military force and one of the best lifestyles to give also has the oddest form of communication.:: Friday, January 24, 2003 :: Did you knwo that the electrical chair was created by a dentist? If the government has no knowledge of aliens, then why does Title 14, Section 1211 of the Code of Federal Regulations, implemented on July 16, 1969, make it illegal for U.S. citizens to have any contact with extraterrestrials or their vehicles? I would have to say that the biggest fear of man in general is the fear of the future. The future is basically the unknown and the unknown is frightening to us. I know I fear my future. When I think about what has yet to come in my life I begin to worry about and stress out anout all the things that I plan on doing that might not come to pass. What if what I want to happen is just the exact opposite to God's plan. That would suck. Does anyone agree?
